Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This is applied to your service and the balance is due at the end of your appointment. If the deposit is not received within 24hrs of completing the online booking form, the appointment will NOT be confirmed and the appointment slot will be lost.

Rescheduling

I require 72 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. If you choose to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, a new $100 non-refundable deposit will be required. 

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your appointment, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited and a new $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to re-book.

Arriving Late

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. I allot a specific amount of time between clients for sanitizing and clean-up, and late arrivals eat into that time. Please allow enough time for traffic and parking so you are on-time. If you are going to be a few minutes late, please text Lani to notify her of the delay.

No-Shows

An email reminder is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you simply do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay for the missed appointment in full before re-booking. A new $100 non-refundable deposit will also be required.

Artist Refusal

It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive prepared for your appointment. If you fail to follow the pre-appointment instructions, your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and treated as a no-show.
We may refuse to tattoo a client if we feel they are unfit for the procedure or if there is a significant breakdown in the client-artist relationship. I am patient and will work hard to make sure you are happy with the design, style, and colour, but if the design, style, or colour you want is unreasonable or if your indecision is excessive (all at the artist’s discretion), I reserve the right to refuse services.

Touchups

It is the responsibility of the client to book their touchup appointment. Touchup fees are based on the amount of time that has passed since the initial appointment, no exceptions. See pricing.

Previous Work

We may choose to take on clients with previous microbladed/tattooed brows or previously tattooed lips. This is on a case-by-case basis and will be determined by the artist prior to confirming the appointment. If you show up to an appointment with old or faded microblading/tattooing and have not previously informed the artist, your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and deposit forfeited.

Not a Candidate

Cosmetic tattoo procedures cannot be completed on any person who is: under the age of 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, a current cancer patient (must be in remission for 1+ years), undergoing chemotherapy, taking steroid medication and prednisone or using accutane, has HIV or Hepatitis or any other infectious or viral diseases. A doctor’s note must be provided if you have diabetes, have been in remission from cancer for 1 year, have high blood pressure, are using blood thinning prescriptions or have seborrheic dermatitis.

Results are not Guaranteed

The results and longevity of the cosmetic tattoo depend greatly on a number of factors that are outside our control i.e. skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and client aftercare. Each person’s skin responds differently in the time it takes to completely heal, the number of sessions required to achieve the desired outcome and colour retention. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific result.
